Death Claim Details

In case of death of deposit holder, if Nominee is registered for the said account, please provide following documents of registered nominee:

1. Duly filled application form
2. Photo
3. Self Attested Copy PAN Card
4. Self Attested Copy of Officially Valid Document (Passport, Driving Licence, Election Card, Aadhaar Card, Job Card Issued by NREGA OR Letter issued by National Population Rester)
5. Indemnity Bond

In case of death of deposit holder, if Nominee is not registered for the said account, please provide following documents of registered nominee:

1. Duly filled application form
2. Photos of legal heirs
3. Varsai Certificate (Pedhinamu)
4. Affidavit-cum-Consent Letter from legal heirs
5. KYC Documents of legal heirs
6. Indemnity Bond
