(i) If employed, salary slip of last 3 months and copy of Form-16, IT Return and Statement of Total Income for last 3 years
5. If maintaining account with other bank then copy of bank statement and details of loan availed, if any.
6. Bank approved engineer’s plan for house construction and break-up wise valuation report.
7. Copy of recent city surveyor’s certificate / 7/12 copy and Society certificate given showing ownership of house (as per banking format).
8. If the house is within a society, copy of Society’s Registration Certificate and Copy of NOC obtained by the society.
For Guarantor -
3. Date of Birth proof, if photo ID does not have Birth Date mentioned
(i) If employed, salary slip of last month and copy of Form-16, IT Return and Statement of Total Income
(ii) In case of a Firm/Co.
5. Property Documents :
City Surveyor’s Certificate / 7/12 Copy / Certificate Given by the Society / Tax Bill
